Enjoy sweets in spring colors, featuring the soft pink of cherry blossoms and the green of matcha, as well as savory dishes made with spring ingredients.
The cherry blossom and matcha themed sweets include opera, which has different flavors in each layer, and verrine, which combines cherry blossom jelly and strawberries.
Savory dishes include a baguette sandwich of red sea bream and asparagus dressed in a cherry blossom-scented vinaigrette, and fried shrimp wrapped in kadaif.
This is a seasonal lineup that allows you to enjoy a balanced selection of spring flavors and colors.
